SPEC WEB96 Retirement

SPEC WEB96 retired as of April 24, 2000:

As of April 24, 2000, SPEC has obsoleted SPECweb96. While SPECweb96 will continue to be sold and supported through the end of 2000, SPEC encourages users to transition to SPECweb99, if they have not done so already. SPECweb96 results are no longer being reviewed or published by SPEC.
