SPECpower –> Sanjay Sharma
Sanjay Sharma has been a member of the SPECpower committee since 2007 and has served as the vice-chair of the committee for several years. Sanjay was part of the development team for SPECpower_ssj® 2008 benchmark and led a team of engineers during the development phase of the SPEC SERT® Suite workloads and the Graphical User Interface (GUI).
Prior SPEC Roles
Sanjay is the primary representative from Intel to the SPEC International Standard Group (ISG). He was elected to the position of Chair for the ISG Server Efficiency Committee and the Vice-Chair position of ISG's Client Efficiency Committee in 2022. Sanjay also serves on the International Standards Group's Steering Committee.
Industry Role
Sanjay Sharma is a technical Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation. Sanjay has been with Intel since 2004, and one of his primary functional areas is the performance and power efficiency benchmarking and analysis of server systems. Sanjay began his career in 1990, after acquiring his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, India.
