file-max - The value in file-max denotes the maximum number of file handles 
           that the Linux kernel will allocate. Default 1024

rmem-max - The maximum receive socket buffer size in bytes.
           Default 65536

rmem-default - 	The default receive socket buffer size in bytes.
                Default 65536

wmem-max - The maximum send socket buffer size in bytes.  Default 65536

wmem-default - The default setting (in bytes) of the socket send buffer.  
               Default 65536
